It's hard to believe Spring Break is 3 days away! We have wrapped up part one of Unit 5. The students worked really hard on decomposing numbers as well as using different strategies to solve story problems. Please be sure to read our parent letter. The letter does a wonderful job explaining what types of questions and problems the students are asked to solve.
We have moved into our next unit for Writer's Workshop. The students have been busy bees writing about problems they see in the world and writing their opinion on how we can fix them! I'm so proud of all these little authors have accomplished!
For your convenience, I have added a calendar for activities after Spring Break until the last day of school. *Please note there will be additional dates added as more information unfolds.
